SHIPPING POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING
Dreyton products are made especially for each customer. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Production time is separate from shipping time and may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or temporary stock shortages.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
The delivery estimate shown at checkout is calculated from production time plus carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping speed and cost depend on the destination, product type, and shipping method available at checkout.

TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link when tracking is available. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after a shipping label is created.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Items in the same order may be fulfilled at different facilities and can arrive in separate packages. Separate tracking details may be provided for each shipment.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or an unclaimed package. Contact Contact@Dreyton.com immediately if you notice an address error; changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
